Dear Mr. Deepak Rao, I have always been having a problem concentrating on any task, especially
studying. Somewhere along, I lose focus and discontinue. After seeing
your presentation, I have done my teacher's training, but I have no confidence to work, because of lack of concentration. Even a simple task like typing this mail took me about 25 minutes. Please do let me know if there are any experiments / practices, I can do 'alone' to improve my concentration skills ? Thank you, Priya Krishna |

infra sound waves If you can guide me further, may be I will consider lucky. Awaiting your positive response. With Warm Regards, Mahesh S. |

September 15, 2006 Hi Deepak, To say that I was thoroughly impressed by your presentation in Pune for StanC would be an understatement, I came out and realised what all could be achieved by the powers of concentration. I have gone through the presentation and I would like to know more
about the techniques that you are talking about. Keep up the great work. Cheers !! |
November 24, 2006 Dear Mr. Deepak Rao, I would like to extend my sincere thanks for a great show on 15th November Arrow International IDBS dinner evening at the J.W.Marriott . We only wished that the program was much longer. All of us enjoyed the program and would definetly like to see and understand more of such unique methods of telepathy and mind reading. Kind Regards, |
December 14, 2006 Dear Mr. Rao, It was a pleasure meeting you at 'Anushthaan 2006-Knowledge Forum at Ambey Valley, when you did your fabulous, unbelievable show for Hitachi. Looking forward to meeting you in the future. Regards, |

Hello Neha, At the Novartis Pharma award function show @ Thekkri, Kerala (Cardomon
County), and the fantastic presentation of Mr. Deepak Rao, regarding
telepathy and meditation, I had asked to learn. I am interested to learn this Right now. I am also doing the meditation. Regards, |
August 14, 2006 Hi Neha, Thank you indeed. It was a great experience with you and Deepak Rao at Thekkri, Kerala, for the show for Novartis. No words to express my feeling towards your contribution in such a short time to enrich my thought process! I will definitely see you both in future. Best wishes, |
November 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, As you were not available to do your show for our clients, due to your booking in Singapore, we had to call someone else (don't remember his name) who tried to do something on the lines of your show, needless to say, it was a disaster. Infact our MD went to sleep. It was a Mistake on our part of our events co-ordinator, to invite him, and they have been adviced, never again. We would deffinitely be booking you, for a lot more shows, in India
& USA. Best Wishes, |
August 13, 2006 Dear Deepak, I have seen your programme at Mumbai on 29th July for J&J (OCD). It was amazing. I have no words to praise you. I further want some more information from you. Kindly send those 3
or more Programmes to me. I will be thankful to you. With Best Wishes & Kind Regards |
Hi Neha, Hope you are fine and so is Mr. Deepak Rao. On my request , you had sent me a copy of the book on Quit Smoking in the month of September. I set the D-Day as 17th September, and believe me, I have not smoked since then and the urge has gone totally. I have undergone various pressures in work and home fronts, travelled a lot; but today I do not require the smoke which I earlier could not do without for 25 years !!! Thank you very much, hope to see you soon, Nitesh Sheth, GE |
September 06, 2006 Hi Neha, I have been telling friends about the wonderful time we had on the 24th at Mumbai. Hope to see you both in action soon at Baroda too. Trying to work out on this with other local Organisations. I have been waiting for the book on how to quit smoking, thought maybe you have forgotten, then thought with the kind of MIND POWER you both displayed, how could you!!! I would love to get the book and start the quitting process. I need to quit obviously for health reasons and to have some peace on the home front!! Hope to hear from you soon. Convey my regards to Mr. Rao. Thanks and regards, |
December 02, 2006 Dear Sir, I had been to your impressive show of mind power in Goa for India Infoline, at the Beach Resort. Pls send me the details of mind concentration points. Thanks and regards, |
November 30, 2006 Dear Mr.Rao, I have heard that with concentration, one can even send his / her thoughts into another person's mind. For e.g. If I am sitting 50 feet away from a person whom I wish to communicate (want him / her to turn around and look at me) so that I could speak or call that person without having to go to him/her. Can this be done with one's mind alone. Would appreciate a reply, |
November 26, 2006 Dear Neha, I have downloaded Mr. Deepak Rao's "Focussed Concentration' which my Family and I have viewed several times. At our Inner Wheel Club of Singapore's dinner on the 17th November we were spellbound and amazed at all the various Mind Reading, Auto-Suggestion, ESP etc that Deepak thrilled us with. We thoroughly enjoyed the show and have not been able to stop talking about it to Friends !! I will appreciate if you would please send me 'Techniques of Focussed Concentration' for Indiviuals and students that you mentioned in this mail. Thank you very much. Please do convey our heartfelt appreciation to Mr Deepak Rao for a fascinating insight into the world of 'Focussed Concentration'. Regards, |
November 18, 2006 Dear Mr. Deepak Rao, Last night your demonstration on Mind-reading on Inner Wheel Club of Singapore Anniversary dinner was really fantastic. We all enjoy very much. We will appreciate very much if you could e-mail us your power point on how to be more concentrated, as this is another topic, which is very useful to us. Best Regards, |

September 25, 2006 Hi Deepak, It was wonderful meeting you and your colleague at your office this afternoon. It was interested to see a lot of synergy in thought and approach. I must commend the kind of work you are doing and more importantly, the kind of passion you bring to your work. Thanks for going out of the way and giving me a demonstration of what the power of the mind can do..... no wonder somebody once said that the pen is mightier than the sword !!!!. The attachment gives you some information about our activities in Executive Search Look forward to being in touch. With Best Regards, Bharat Nain |

September 15, 2006 Thank you Neha, I came to the Standard Chartered Party Only to see Mr. Deepak Rao.
Incase he has something in mind, I could help, as I am retired after enjoying high positions, so I have contacts at top-level. I have been practicing ESP in my day to day life since I started my career in 1957. But what Mr. Rao does is very sharp and astonishing. Regards, |
September 12, 2006 Dear Mr. Rao, I, on behalf of all of us at Sigma, would like to thank you for giving us an opportunity to witness your extraordinary mind power & ESP skills during our annual celebration - Sigmation 2006. We were amazed with demonstrations and really enjoyed it thoroughly.

September 02, 2006 Hello! It was (rather is) a memorable evening in my life with Standard chartered Mutual Fund at Hotel grand Bhagawati, Ahmedabad. Mr. Deepak can you name me a book or a website on "getting back to sales success especially in Life insurance & Mutual fund business"? I wish to acclaim MDRT & COT with TOT in Life Insurance. In your website you wore the same dress which you wore at Ahmedabad! Is it a co-incident or lucky for you? Thank you again and I wish you all the very best with ample GOOD LUCK in your Life! Always to our success. Warm Regards, |

July 26, 2006 Dear Mr. Rao, Actually I am a Senior Rotarian and I had an opportunity to watch your show in one of Rotary District functions. I was quite impressed with your presentations like many others in audience and I came and met you personally and we had exchanged our cards. Incidentally I have done some mind control courses like Silva Mind Control and Alpha Mind Power and I was always attracted to this topic. So keep sending your mails. I would like to receive them. Thanking you, with regards, |

Sunday, February 11, 2007 Today's session of LIC at K C College really was unbelievable & mind
blowing. Being in group 'B' with u on stage, opening page 64, 8th line, 4th word, seeing & knowingly also practically i should admit i m unknown wid d facts. I would b highly obliged if i can really practice & get Focussed Concentration as per u r suggestion. Waiting 4 u r +ve reply. Thanx 2u Sanjay Singhania |
Tuesday, February 13, 2007 Dear Deepak & Neha, Thanks for the fantastic display of mental projection that the two of you provided to our group in Bangkok. As I told Neha, I confess to being a sceptic and yet your activity was different and my little mind can grasp that this is infact, a science. I am confident that since the brain is an organ that generates impulses,
everything you did was physically possible. However, listening and watching you has convinced me that I need to focus a bit more within. I'm that guy you described in your powerpoint. I can remember the minutest detail from a three year old conversation, but I often lose my car keys! Anyway, the purpose of the email is not to bore you to death but to request you for the individual exercises you mentioned. I'm going to try at least the bullet to the bottle with the national Scrabble club players when I go to Pune this weekend. Also, if you do have any workshops where you can guide people learning this art I'd love to be a part of them. This is my work email ID and my number is Regards, |
Thursday, February 08, 2007 I have developed interest in mind power ever after witnessing deepak sir's show for VFS at The Meridien, Bangkok. Cherry Merry |

July 20, 2006 Dear Mr Deepak Rao, It was a nice show at Standard Chartered Mutual fund in ITC. Though I was seeing your programme for the second time, after the show at Western Union programme in Cochin, almost a year back, I am still wonderstuck. Anyway I loved the show and thanks for the same. Bhaskar Rao COO |
July 19, 2006 Hi Mr. Rao, Just the other day I was thinking of you and your mind show, when I got an invite with your name printed, for a seminar organised by Ortho Clinical Diagnostics on July 29, where you will be staging your show. Now how did you manage to do that ?? Looking forward to meet you & see your show. With regards, |
July 19, 2006 Dear Mr. Deepak Rao, Good Day. I had the opportunity to attend one of your programme recently, at Delhi for ING Vysya, and was also a participant. But what you have sent is truly amazing and fantastic. Since we are miles apart, it is very difficult to imagine that mind reading is possible, with so many of persons trying simultaneously. Would be delighted to hear from you, if it is not breaching your secrecy and privacy. Anycase, what you have achieved is really remarkable and wonderful.
Thanks / Regards, |
April 05, 2006 Sir, Just a word to thank you for your very inspiring and properly breathtaking performance in our client party last week. I would be grateful if you could send me your presentation. Thanks & regards, |

March 20, 2006 Hi Deepak, This is Neeta Krishnani. I met u at the Taj Lands End on Saturday night for the show. I was amazed and still can't believe all what I saw.seeing all ur experiments. I have been thinking since then as i do believe that whenever I have thought of something hard I have always got what I wanted so it just confirms things for me. I also spoke to you about negative thinking and u were ready to help. I would be very grateful if u could counsel me I'm basically very shy
and scared to meet any 1 in large groups. I'm an introvert and don't
like to speak in front of people. Also I saw the slide show so if u cud send me those 3 experiments. I'm awaiting ur reply. Please oblige. Thanking you, |
March 15, 2006 Dear Deepak, It was great meeting you at Prem and Chips yesterday-that was an impressive demonstration ! If you are ever in Dubai, do give me a call. Thanks, |
February 27, 2006 Hi Deepak, We had met in Ramoji Film City wherein you had performed for Everest, in Hyderabad and we had participated in your mind show. Then we had a talk over a Dinner Party along with Mr. Chopra (V.P) who happens to be your friend, and there you also showed us how you had stopped the seconds hand of his watch at about 9:30 pm for 4-5 seconds. You are amazing & stunning. Hats off to you. Regards, |
February 24, 2006 Deepak, As always there are two sides to a coin…. such things happen to famous people. Cheers!! |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, I must confess I flick through the paper in five seconds and did not see the article. These days writing something sensational is the order of the day. Let this not bother you... You do a great job and everyone loves it. Peg away. Kind Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Sir, It is indeed derogatory. I think the First letter carries more substance than the second also it would be better to include in your letter more about what you do rather than falsify what is projected in the article. A person with your character & integrity should not take the defamatory article to heart, try to get the senior Mgmt. of Times of India to attend a free seminar ....Seeing is Believing. Wish you all the best. I am the same guy who's key you bent in the Standard Chartered Mutual Fund presentation at the Retreat at Madh Island. Thanks & Rgds, |
November 23, 2006 Dear Mr Rao, I was quite impressed by your show & presentation. Thanks & Regards, |
February 22, 2006 Dear Deepak, Everyone who has seen your Show has enjoyed it. The enjoyment and the fun is in the mystery and enigma. It does spur on everyone to really think hard about the huge unutilised mind potential, as you nicely describe in the Show. Keep going ! |
February 20, 2006 Well as usual I am late here as well ! Was late for your very interesting and unique party too Deepak, which I enjoyed very much A very invigorating and interesting theme and such a change. Also been enjoying all the e-mails subsequently and looks like some movement is developing - if not just some new friends - who are always welcome. Hope we can get together again in the near future so that this goes on to become more than just e-mail pals. By the way Deepak, I have some interesting friends in Delhi, who would be keen to see a show of yours in Delhi - if u doing it anytime let me know please. Rahul Chopra (Vice President-Mktg.) |
February 18, 2006 Hi All, It was truly a wonderful evening and I'm honored to be part of this group. Thnx Deepak & Neha for inviting and being such a good host. For all with whom I could not share my business card find enclosed the same below. I'm including my colleague Sanjeev Wad as part of this mailing list since he could not make it for the gathering. February 17, 2006 Dear Sir / Mam, It was a pleasure meeting you at Mr. Deepak Rao's Party. Best Regards, |
February 17, 2006 "There are two kinds of people everywhere...... So the "Mastermind" undoubtedly belongs to the first group ..... I wonder what the size of the membership is !! But he definitely inspired us to be there.... Well lets work towards it, & as suggested by Prem & seconded by Suresh, we must definitely take it forward & have Deepak & Neha have as our guests next time !! Thx Vijay for adding Sarita and Sanjeev Johar to the list, sorry guys for not having interacted with you & to have missed you out in the list - my loss entirely. And, though not intentional, but if I have missed out any of the names from the first mail, my apologies to them. My request to all of you to please add their names to the list, so the group can be complete & the interaction can continue... Hey Rohit, thanks for coming along .... but for the evening the credit goes only to Deepak & Neha for being wonderful hosts. Cheers !!! |
February 17, 2006 Am dumbfounded after that. Truly gives a different light to what our mind is capable of. It was real pleasure to meet the group. Thanks to Divya, Deepak & Neha for being a wonderful host. Regards, |
February 16, 2006 Hi Dia, Thanks for setting the ball rolling for our group of Deepak's special invitees and ofcourse for taking the trouble of entering everyone's e mail IDs which will help us all to keep in touch. I echo every word of what you have said about the splendidly organized and hosted evening and am really looking forward to the next one. Deepak says it will be a year later; so maybe we should get together in small groups and meet over dinner and ofcourse make sure that Mastermind and Neha are there each time ! What was the streak of lightning about - sorry to have missed it as I could do with it to charge up all the people I work with to transform them into scintillating leaders. Keep in touch everybody. |
February 16, 2006 Hi Everybody, A wee bit late, but I must take this opportunity to thank the "Mastermind" for hosting a terrific evening for all of us in his own style & ardor .... Its amazing how an evening can do so much, specially when you meet a spectrum of people, each an inspiring story in its own right.… We did manage to get an insight into most of the personalities through the brief introduction, moderated by Deepak, with almost editorial finesse. But we did not get a chance to exchange our business cards with all. So I am attaching my business card below & if there's ever any way in which I can be of assistance to you, plz. don't hesitate to ask. This mail is also to keep the flow of communication going... so look forward to being in touch with you all. Thanks Neha for organising it so well & a BIG thanks once again Deepak, hope we don't have to wait too long for the next do !!! P.S. : Hey Deepak, some of us who did get to witness the "lightning" at the end of the evening are still spellbound !!! Best regards, |
February 14, 2006 Dear Deepak, It was a privilege to meet you last evening. After a long time, I enjoyed in a party. Met some really nice and interesting people. I am most curious about your work. Will it be possible to meet sometime soon? Thanks & Regards, |

show on I am sure, like me, everyone was dazzled by the show and would have realized the power of mind. I am thankful to you for extending the offer to give a session on "Mastering Effective Communication" once again. We will surely plan it as per your availability. Thank you once again. Best regards, |
Sat, 19 Feb 2005 Dear Mr. Rao, It was really enjoyable to see your show yesterday but more than that it was baffling and made me very curious. The human mind has often caught my imagination and in my own small way I try and read and understand about this amazing creation of nature / god that imparts to us this wonderful dimension of the self and the world. I would have liked to talk to you yesterday, but then you were quite
busy and as all were rushing towards you. What I did want to ask you was - subsequently I read on your website that it was NOT a magic show. I think what you did was a genuine result of some not so well understood strengths of the human mind that you are either gifted with or have been able to develop. Can you give me some more information on the same ? I would be grateful to hear from you regarding my queries. Kind Regards, |
Thu, 28 Oct 2004 Dear Deepak, Thanks !!! The show was really Great !!!! Regards, |
Wed, 27 Oct 2004 Dear Deepak, I really enjoyed the show. I saw what my mind wanted to. I would like to know more about your other programmes particularly about corporate communications. |
Fri, 15 Oct 2004 Dear Mr. Deepak Rao, This is to convey our special thanks to you and your colleague for making it convenient to attend our Annual conference and making a very good, interesting and lively presentation on "Getting Organised" on 7/10/04. It was well received by all the participants. In fact some of them felt that it could also be extended at the home front and they would start implementing some of the things not thought of earlier. Your "Mind Reading " demo was wonderful ! Can you please organise to e-mail / send us the "Soft Copy" of Summary of your presentation for sharing it with all the participants? Thanking you once again, Yours Sincerely, |
Thu, 07 Oct 2004 Dear Deepak, Thanks for coming over home! It was a pleasure having you and clearly you stole the limelight. People have forgotten what they had for dinner but remember the key bending / pen suspension stuff and are struggling to articulate what they saw ! I am genuinely interested in knowing more about the process and will keenly follow any suggestions that you might have. Look forward to meeting you again some day. As of know I am all set to leave for Singapore on the 17th of October. Hope you liked the frame and it fits in with the decor somewhere in your home... With best wishes to you and your family, |
Wed, 06 Oct 2004 Hi Deepak, It was indeed a great pleasure to meet you, though I have to admit I was pretty conscious all the way to KL Golf County Club with you the other day…. Ha Ha ! Well, you are after all a mind reader J. Any chance of teaching me how to read minds? Kidding! My colleagues & I really enjoyed your show that night. Hope to see you again. |
Tue, 05 Oct 2004 Dear Deepak, It was a pleasure to see your demonstration at Prashant's home last Saturday. Please do email me your write-ups. I will be in touch. Best regards, |
Mon, 04 Oct 2004 Dear Deepak, Hi there, yes it was interesting watching you do the mind art and I am impressed... Anyway I was recently with the PR of Sony Malaysia and mentioned your skill and I've passed your contact details to her because she says she's always on the lookout for something interesting for company events... I will pass your contacts to others as well when I meet them but it might help if you could give a rough estimate of how much it would cost a company to get you to come over or to have your services so that they can seriously make presentations to their respective chiefs.... this is just a suggestion so when someone asks what's the ball park figure, I could give the correct figure.... Cheers, |
Sun, 03 Oct 2004 Dear Deepak, Thank you for the fantastic and mind-boggling show at our party on 20th Sept. I still have clients asking me if the whole thing was 'fixed' ! Hope to have you back for another event soon. Best regards, |
Wed, 29 Sep 2004 Hi Deepak, I wanted to drop you an email actually, to tell you how much my colleagues and I enjoyed your show last Monday. We couldn't stop talking about it the next day ! Please do keep in touch. Hopefully my boss will say yes to our request to have you come over to our office one day to spend a day with us! Cheers, |

Thu, 02 Sep 2004 Hi Deepak, That was a fabulous show, which will keep haunting me all the time.
Now I am afraid you will read me well what my bank balance is? Good luck and Regards |
Thu, 02 Sep 2004 Hi Deepak, It was nice knowing you and your talent. Pls. find the mail below from a customer, these people have started talking about you first and then they talk about the business. Kripa N Tiwari Dear Kripa, I would like to thank you and your team for the wonderful party last
week. It was good to be a witness to Mr. Deepak Rao's show !!! Getting back to business, I do believe that all our shipments to Mumbai are now moving on CX. I am also given to understand that Cathay operates directly out of Munich, which would mean that our goods need not be trucked to other locations in Europe, as was the case with Eva Air. Given this situation, kindly send us the freight costs after deducting the trucking cost. My understanding is that there would be a reduction of at least 0.1 Euros on the existing freight rate. Regards, |
Tue, 31 Aug 2004 Dear Deepak, I thought you read minds and not scan emails. Regards, |
Tue, 31 Aug 2004 Hello Deepak… It was unforgettable moment & a great show never seen before… Definitely will keep in contact... all the best. Have a nice time... Cheers, |
Tue, 27 Aug 2004 Dear Mr. Rao, Hope the memories are still fresh of the last evening. I really enjoyed the show. More than enjoyment, it left many questions unanswered in the mind about the human mind ability and capability. We used to read such things in the Holy Scriptures, where Saints / Rishis had the ability to communicate with any one without talking or physically moving. Yesterday I was lucky to see it. Unbelievable !!! Thanks once again for the lovely evening. Regards, |
Thu, 26 Aug 2004 Dear Deepak, It was a great show, how do you do it ? Meanwhile we would like to know more about your show and if you could give some ideas. Warm regards, |
Wed, 25 Aug 2004 Dear Deepak, Thank you very much for coming and giving us an opportunity to experience a different facet of life. Your skills are truly unique and we enjoyed having you and Neha with us. On behalf of the Alliance Capital team, I would like to thank you once again and would definitely keep in touch. |
Wed, 25 Aug 2004 Dear Deepak, We should thank you for a truly unforgettable experience. If you are in Pune before an Alliance event do get in touch, it would be nice to catch up. My regards to Neha. Warm regards, |
Tue, 24 Aug 2004 Hi Deepak, Once again thanks 4 the wonderful show... our whole Alliance Capital team enjoyed it quite a lot. Hoping to do many more such activities with you in the future. Take Care & Regards |
Tue, 24 Aug 2004 Dear Mr. Rao, I really enjoyed your show, at our Alliance meet, it was superb. Being a science student with engineering degree, your show still perplex
my mind..... I also amazed the way you stop my watch, just by looking
at it. I am looking forward to meet you again and also your book on this subject. Warm Regards, |
Tue, 24 Aug 2004 Dear Deepak, Witnessing your show was a fascinating and an unforgettable event for all of us at Alliance Capital. We can't stop talking about it even now. Warm Regards, |
Fri, 15 Dec. 2006 Deepakji, I have watched your show. I was impressed !! I think, its Absolute Focus that helps target & achieve our goal. I downloaded your powerpoint, and have tried the bottle and coin exercise.
Thanking you & Regards, |
Wed, 27 Dec. 2006 Hello Deepak, It was nice to have met you after a very long time at Otters Club about 2 weeks ago. Many thanks for giving a demo of your amazing skills, to my friends
that night. Do keep in touch as & when time permits. Hope to catch you again at Otters sometime soon. Cheers & Seasons Greetings! |
Wed, Jan 24, 2007 Dear Neha, Both of you lead us into a mysterious world on that night, at Bangalore - Golden Spa. I cherish those moments. Seeing the power of Mind and Focussed attention from your presentations, I just thought about the enormous amount of force that may result during Makara Sankranthy at Sabarimala when lakhs of devotees will be focussing attention on to Makar Jyothy concurrently, simultaneously to the same point. However, it is still hard to believe (pardon me for using that phrase), that mind can exist as a force which can move things physically on its own. I don't know how it will be possible for me to believe that even though I would love to believe that and practice the same. I think, it is too much if I ask you whether you will be able to guide me regarding these doubts, as I am sure you will be left with little time to handle isolated queries from people like me. Still I am expecting some reply and further correspondence. And Neha, your performance was also wonderful, harmoniously blending with Deepak's actions and of course, especially those transmission of thoughts and numbers. Convey my regards to Deepak. With lots of love and prayers, |
Response.... ( from Sr. Executives, who know Deepak Rao, and who have seen his shows ) ...to the slightly awkard representation of his personality, by a fresh & inexperienced journalist in the Times of India - 19th Feb 06. ( Incidentally, the journalist.... had NOT EVEN Seen the Show ) |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, Read the article in the Sunday Times and was shocked to read that an Editor of the Times of India could stoop so low write such an article that too with out doing a proper research. The Editor should be shot between the legs for tarnishing someones image. Remember, every Dark cloud has a silver lining……I am sure (beyond any doubt) you will come out of this mess shining. Deepak, you have my complete support. Best Wishes, |
February 22, 2006 Dearest Deepak, I am aghast at the immaturity of the journalist, whoever has written against you and that too without seeing your shows. I wish to endorse you & your shows, first as an educated professional who has been a part of your training & ESP Shows and then as a friend, because your shows on mind & focus have been immensely motivational & have contributed to my personal & professional growth. Please do not be bogged down by such measly tricks that a newspaper like Sunday Times has stooped down to increase circulation perhaps ? ha ha.. We all BELIEVE in you and ARE with you during this time, whatever support, in any form, you have it. You should file a defamation suit against this paper & get them to publicly apologise . Am just a call away anytime you need my help on this. Regards & take care, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Mr. Rao, It seems unfortunate that such an article has been written about you and your show. I think you must write to TOI and bring it to their knowledge and ask for an apology in their newspaper. Its only fit that TOI corrects their statement in the same place / arena where they made the mistake in the first place. Wishing you well. With regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear All, I have seen only one show of Mr Rao and was absolutely mesmerised by it. Being from Kolkata I have had the privilege to see shows and personally meet the great magicians PC Sharkar and his son. Mr Rao's show is nothing like that. There is no trickery or magic about it. We had the privilege to witness one of his presentations made to my organisation. It was really a shocking revelation that human mind can be so powerful. I am an ardent reader of TOI and was very upset when I read the said article. Also I think the editor should have verified the matter with Mr Rao or seen his presentation before printing the article. I agree with Mr. Unni that we should write to TOI telling them that this news is completely misconstrued ! Best Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, Please let me know if you would want me to send on your behalf a legal notice to TOI and / or initiate defamatory proceedings against them in the Bombay High Court. Regards, |
February 27, 2006 Dear Deepak, I am really shocked and surprised to see, and read the TOI just now. What a shame that TOI can degenerate to this level of journalism. They ought to apologize. My full support and best wishes are with you...!! Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Mr. Deepak, It is evident from the past in our south Asian culture and society, you will find leg pullers all the way to your success so I think this is a mere act of leg pulling. Even I have witnessed your show and the truth is for initial 5 minutes I was trying to find out the trick and then for the rest 55 minutes I kept applauding for your art. I am with you from your neighboring country Nepal, any kind of support you need to take care of these people, do let me know. I am ready. Now regarding our Nepal's program, we are looking at April 06 for your program in Nepal. Let me know about the availability of your time for 2nd week of April. Also, regarding the cost as we are making this first effort in Nepal so you will have to consider the cost for Nepal. Our currency conversion is high against Indian currency so we can budget Nepalese Currency 2,00,000/- as your fees and we will take care of your all other expenses on transportation, lodging, food, etc. Please feel free to give your comments on our proposal. Thanks, |
February 25, 2006 Dear Deepak, You will recall that we met at NSCI at a BMA committee dinner. Please rest assured that "Truth Will Always Prevail". You must not let any mudslinging campaign deter your work in professional and personal life. Do stay connected. You know how to do so even without email and telephony. Soeb Fatehi |
February 23, 2006 Dear Friends, Lets send mails to TOI … Can some one draft it and circulate / forward…
We want responsible Media and not Crap. Dhananjay Datar (CEO) |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, I have just read the TOI article. It is a good example of "Mindless Journalism" and written without researching and verifying the information contained therein. Whilst you have taken the right step by writing to the editor of TOI, please let me know if you need any specific assistance from my side to tide over this issue. Needless to mention that like other friends, I am also with you on this issue and extend all possible support to you. All the very best ! Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, I suggest you do a report of the no. of shows conducted till date and roughly the no of people that must have witnessed to kind of slam TOI down. Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, While what has happened is most unfortunate, however, do not get provoked to the extent of wanting to sue TOI. The "PRESS" has often been irresponsible and behaved with all the traits of an insolent child. Take such "EVENTS" in your stride and move ahead in time. If the Editor of TOI has agreed to do a second interview, then do it and take it as a chance to actually make the Editor feel very guilty about the whole affair , rather than brow beat him to submission into printing a front page apology. I suggest you do a show for some alternate, leading, national newspaper and have them applause it on the front page. The essence in life is to befriend. Befriend all things living. Therein lies your strength ! Be a man and simply move ahead. Only Ahead. And do tell me when and where you are hosting your next show. Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear all, I am all for supporting Deepak and ensuring that he comes out a " winner" from this mess. Lets do whatever is needed. Thanks, |
February 23, 2006 This defamation issue is very sad and completely unwarranted. I am with you. Please let me know if you need any help ! Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, This is indeed serious! I am sorry I missed out on the article in the TOI since I was travelling, but heard about it. If the news report is defamatory, we will support you in your cause. I will like to distribute the article and your letter to my staff members who have attended the show for their views. Kind Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Hi Deepak, I was travelling and away this past week; am shocked that TOI would run an article without checking the facts with you but these days newspapers are so dependant on sensationalism that I am not surprised. Anyway, like all our other friends who have responded already, have said, it is best that the Editor of TOI and other papers gets to see your capabilities in person; like I did in my room in 1989 ! Why don't you challenge the Editor to invite you to his office for a meeting and see for himself; just a thought. And if anyone amongst us has contacts with the world of journalism at a senior level it would be great to line up a few such meetings with the editors of other prominent newspapers to strengthen authenticity in their 'simple' minds. Warmest Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Hi Deepak, Yes I read the article, and was shockingly amazed myself that ...... 1. Without understanding the profile of your shows / sessions, they
have 2. As they have not witnessed your sessions themselves, they like to believe that they, through this article, have done a great service to public at large & corporates. Now, in my opinion, to address the above you have to ensure : a. That you show them your work under tested / controlled conditions, only to prove that just because they are not aware of the incredible feats our minds are capable of, does not mean that it does not exist & the same cannot be dismissed by such articles. b. Stress that, if your intention at any point was to dupe people / corporates, you could have done it long time back becasue you have been aware of such "expertise or skill" for more than 3 decades & would have a created an empire for yourself by now. All of us who have witnessed your skills & sessions time and again, still firmly believe in your " Mission Impossible" ...... and will continue doing so !! Kind regards, |
February 23, 2006 Hi Everybody, I too read the article, and it was surely not done with the best of intentions. The journalist has not seen his presentations and its purely on hearsay that its written with such ample confidence. We thru this email campaign must provide all possible support to Deepak, it won't be a bad idea if all of us can write to the editor of Times telling him that this news item is totally misconstrued. Dear Deepak, "With great powers, come great challenges" we are all with you all the time… Warm regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, I fully endorse your views. I met you at Gautam's party (Mahindra & Mahindra). Having seen you perform for positive causes. I am all out for your support. In our short lives we all bring some objective co-relatives (Sanskars) from our previous birth. In some cases, these are very evidently manifested for some predestined purpose. As a rational Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a US degree holder heading a software firm as Managing Director, I feel that I am fit enough to express my humble opinion in your favour. There have been very interesting incidents in my and Gautam's (who is my bosom pal) life which have reaffirmed our faith in something beyond our stupid rationality. So carry on your work and don't get bothered by these half baked shallow and superficial journalists. Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Mr. Rao, Ya, I do agree and support you, for the action against The Times of India. It is really unfortunate and extremely wrong on the part of the News Paper group to publish something without taking the views of the parties concerned. They would understand it only once they get to read something false about their Newspaper group. We assure you our support in the current situation and for future as well. With Best Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, I am sorry about the article that has been published in The Times. I am surely not experienced enough to suggest how the situation can be dealt with, but having experienced and been part of your show, I can surely reinforce the following : 1. Nowhere in any of your material (printed or online) have you claimed to have super natural powers. 2. I have interacted with you several times during the pre event phase and did not once get the slightest impression from any conversation or otherwise that you claimed to have super natural powers. 3. I enjoyed every bit of your show, as much as every one else did. 4. And like others, I was also very taken with the key bending. 5. Infact, it was my colleague who took part in this presentation
with you and Neha. When she returned to her seat, she was as amazed
as we were. I believe it is a profession that you have mastered, just as anyone else would in their own field. If there is anything else you think we can help with, please let us know. Regards, |
February 23, 2006 I am personally very unhappy and disturbed and hence can understand your pain but would not like to sympathise (coz its not what is reqd / asking as only weak needs that). We have to collectively stand against all these petty articles by persons who want quick fame, large circulation at the cost of others not realising the pain and dent coz they write with hollow knowledge. This calls for a Clarion call and fight out against the malafide and rubbish writings against you. Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear All, I fully endorse and agree with Datar's view & and ensure that we support Deepak in whatever way we can. Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, I'm sure that all those who have seen your show will stand by you !!! It is sad that thoughtless journalism is prevalent. Am sure you will come through this stronger than ever !!! Regards, |
February 24, 2006 Dear Mr. Rao, It is normal human behaviour to speak up for truth. We have done that and nothing more. We have expressed our view based only on what we have seen and experienced. Your thoughts in the matter is right - its not worth talking about or wasting time on. Lets move ahead. God has mysterious ways of working - even from this negative propaganda, you have gained. That speaks volume for you. Thanks for thinking of us as a friend, I for one, treasure the friendship and look forward to many more presentations from you ! Best Regards, |
February 27, 2006 Dear Sir, I had the oppurtunity to see your presentation during my training with Roche Diagnostics at Mumbai. I am not with Roche now, but I am deeply hurt to know what has been in the papers. These things do happen when some fools report without rechecking the details involved. I am putting in my full support to you and your team and would like to again see your presentations in future. With Best wishes, |
February 24, 2006 Hi Deepak, I saw a bit of your show in ICICI Bank one day. Obviously I am not able to explain all which you did rationally, but what i do know is that it was highly entertaining and that at no time were you out to make money out of me by promising me the earth and moon. Sure, you must be getting paid for doing a show but then so does David Copperfield. And I can't explain half of what he does either. Frankly it does not matter, it was highly entertaining and I am willing to pay for that. Keep up the good work. I for one at least will recommend you to others. Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Mr Rao, I have participated in your training program for our RPG Group at the Grand Hyatt some 2 years ago and it was a sheer delight. I am sure you have more important and meaningful things to do than to bother about the mischievous and slanderous article referred to by you. I am certain that your presentation did not have any element whatsoever of any magic or "haath ki safaai" and was based entirely on ESP and powers of a trained Human Mind. I fully support you in your anguish about the news article, With best wishes, |
February 23, 2006 I have personally attended your shows and have found nothing wrong in that. I have personally experienced the bending of my own personal key in
with your great powers. I myself along with hundreds of respectable people in the audience was witness to your show. I may not be in a position to send mail to all recipients due to outgoing server's capabilities restraints but you may use and convey my views to all recipients of your mail. Thanks, |
February 23, 2006 Deepak, I for one can not be influenced by such an article. I did read and thought it was in poor taste. Always with you Deepak. As you probably know I am moving to Thermax effective 1st March 2006 at Pune. Shall let you know my co-ordinates once I get there. Best wishes & we are strongly with you. Much love, |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak Rao, Prem Kamath, who's my mentor, brought our Company's Corporate ( Semco Electric Pvt. Ltd. ) staff ( foreigners included ) to witness your show. I am lucky enough not to have read this article but get the gist from group emails. The article definitely causes pain to all, especially since we experienced the show. I personally sympathise with you and understand the agony it would have caused. In my own capacity, I have marveled your abilities to countless others my family included. I whole hearted support you in your feelings against the thoughtless article published. Thanks and regards, |
February 23, 2006 Hi Deepak, Hope you remember our meeting in Goa during our customer event last week. I had run out of my cards and could not share the same with you, hence this mail to touch base. I must admit that yours was one of the most mind-boggling shows that I have ever attended and would surely recommend the same to my friends and business acquaintances. I was forwarded your mail on your reaction to the Times article. My humble opinion is that these papers now-a-days want to sensationalize anything and everything and have more of gossip rather than news value. Having seen you perform, there is no way most of us will ever believe such gossips. I wish you all the very best in the future and hope to meet up with you some day. Warm Regards, |
February 23, 2006 Mr Rao, I have seen your show & I think they cannot be called tricks, you are absolutely justified in asking for a Correction / Apology to be printed. At the same time you can involve other media people to highlight the correct aspect of your expertise to people. With best regards, |
February 22, 2006 Hi Dear Mr. Deepak Rao, I am sure that the 'Truth shall prevail'. I am now at Delhi with our Corporate Affairs department since 1.7.2005 (promoted). Wish you happiness wherever you go. Warm regards, |
February 22, 2006 Deepak, I was part of the show you did at GOA for CA clients. We were thrilled to be part of the event and wish you the very best. I must agree we had no explanation which we could come up for some of your performance, however your performance and your communication was immaculate and above board. I think you must use the opportunity of the interview and put your views across, while you try to get an apology. Regards, |
February 22, 2006 Deepak, As always there are two sides to a coin…such things happen to famous people…… Cheers !! |
February 22, 2006 Hi Deepak, Shocked to see this. What you need from me pl. let me know. You have all my support. Regards, |
February 22, 2006 Dear Mr Rao, I'm so sorry to hear about this. I do hope everything settles soon and if you require any assistance from me or my organization, do feel free to contact me. I feel such serious allegations on a persons character are uncalled for. I believe from what they have written that they have not and could not have seen your shows as most of their allegations would have been put to rest. Im sure this will soon sort itself out and have solace in knowing that good clients and friends like us will always stand by you. Regards, |
February 22, 2006 Nothing to worry Deepak, No sweat at all. Cheers Best Regards |
February 22, 2006 Dear Deepak, It was quite ironical that while returning from Goa, after seeing your
show there, I tried with Potassium Permanganate with Butter and sure enough it didn't work as suggested by the lady journalist. I can always stand by with you, your Mind Show was mind boggling indeed and you were wonderful. You provoked the thought that mind can do endless miracles and it is only us who stay on very superficial level almost all our lives. Best wishes to you, I don't think such "maggi noodle glory hopper" can actually do any harm to you or erode the faith of your admirers. Regards, |
February 22, 2006 Dear Mr. Rao, I am really sorry to see this. For what it is worth to you let me record my impressions. I enjoyed your program and so did the audience when you did this for us at our event at Jaypee Palace, Agra. At no point of time did I get a sense that you were "cheating" or "misleading" the audience in any way. It is obvious to me that you have spent enormous amounts of time and energy perfecting your art - for that is what it is. And it was never presented to us as "super-natural powers". I do hope you will come out of this issue unscathed. Please feel free to quote me if required. Regards, |
February 22, 2006 Dear Mr. Deepak, It is unfortunate that a leading and repute publication like TIMES OF INDIA has carried this article without verifying the facts. I am astonished to know this, because I have attended your two programs..... one in Bangkok in Sept. 2003, and another recently, few months back. I am with you.... would like to support you. Regards, |
February 24, 2006 Hi Deepak & Neha, We are with you and which is quite evident from the responses you have received, after reading the group emails that have been generated, from your party group. Please let us know in case any support required. Warm Regards, Sarita Sharma |
February 23, 2006 Dear Deepak, I am really shocked and saddened by the Sunday Times, half page article. A silver lining in this is, the fantastic support and unanimous verdict, Needless to say, My team and I are with you. Best Regards, |
